FULL TIME
Monday - Friday day positions located in Chittenden County. The Patient Service Specialist is an integral part of the patient experience and a key contributor to delivering high quality customer service to our patients and visitors that is caring, consistent and reliable. The incumbent provides administrative support in the clinic setting to patients and families, members of the care team and administrative leaders to ensure the smooth operation of the medical office. Clinics Currently Hiring• Colchester Family Medicine (883 Blakely Road in Colchester) Comprehensive Pain (118 Tilley Drive in South Burlington) • Subject to change
EDUCATION
H.S. diploma or equivalent required; Coursework in administrative or medical sciences preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Proven customer service experience required. Experience in a clinical andor administrative setting preferred. The University of Vermont Health Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer. and
