Being a leader in the industry gives our patients confidence and peace of mind. We have two Nurse Injectors and two Medical Aestheticians who offer complete aesthetic services for skin & body. We are currently looking for a multi-tasking whiz with a positive attitude to join our busy administrative team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Interacting with all of our patients, beginning with their welcome into the facility, through the completion of their treatment. As a Coordinator, you will perform routine administrative tasks designed to keep the health practitioners and the office running smoothly. Must have the knowledge and ability to explain/discuss our products and services with our patients. The coordinator's general duties include answering and returning phone calls, answering text messages/emails, scheduling appointments, processing payments, handling inventory, resolving client issues, and providing the highest level of customer service in our office.
REQUIREMENTS & PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
Stable work history with two or more years of experience working as an administrator and/or in a customer service position. (Medical or Med-spa setting preferred.) Must be able to work well under pressure in a high-volume practice supporting multiple providers Aptitude in resolving issues with a patient-focused orientation Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanour at all times Excellent communication skills Proficient computer skills Disciplined, energetic, and results-oriented, and results orientated Self-starter who can multitask and prioritize in a demanding environment Must be a team player
ABOUT THE POSITION
This is a full-time position. We offer competitive compensation based on medspa experience and schedule flexibility, including benefits. Must be able to work some Saturdays each month, working on average 5 days per week. Current pay is $22/hour plus commission on retail/package sales.
