Duties include collection of required patient information, insurance verification and participation in collection of deductibles and co-pays. Works closely with hospital, clinic and revenue cycle personnel. Performs general reception duties including, answering multi-line telephone and greeting and directing patients and visitors to hospital departments. Qualifications What is required... High school diploma or equivalent Current computer experience in Microsoft products Previous cash-handling experience What is preferred... Experience in Healthcare Registration Knowledge of insurance verification & authorization processes Demonstrated knowledge of general medical terminology
