1-on-1 visits, NO co-treats or Aides. Sign on bonus! Are you interested in one-on-one patient care? Do you want to treat your patient without co-treats and double booking? Wellspring is dedicated to direct patient care, 45-minute private treatment sessions gives you the time to customize every POC and meet your patients goals, and allows for a good work life balance ! Wellspring is a locally owned small private practice in Federal Way, we are growing and adding a physical therapist to our team. We are searching for a flexible, enthusiastic full-time Physical Therapist who loves hands-on care that creates a 5-star patient experience and patient outcomes. We are seeking an experienced or new graduate physical therapist to join our team. A strong mentorship program is available for those who want to grow in skill and knowledge. We offer multiple specialty services : vestibular, TMD, lymphedema, amputee rehab, LGTBQ+ and hand therapy, bonus points if you are interested in pelvic health!
