Job Description

Patient Experience & Care Coordinator (Part-Time)Looking Glass Chiropractic•Poulsbo and Bainbridge Island, WA Schedule (25-35 hrs/week) between two offices:
Monday:
8:30 AM•6:00
PM Tuesday:
8:30 AM•6:15
PM Wednesday:
2-5:45
PM Thursday:
9:00 AM•6:15
PM Friday:
8:30 AM•2:00
PM Compensation:
$21-25/hour (DOE) + performance-based bonuses Help Families Follow Through on Life-Changing Care At Looking Glass Chiropractic, we specialize in pediatric, prenatal, and family care. Our front office isn't just administrative—it's the bridge between recommendation and transformation. We're looking for someone who is: Warm and relational AND confident and clear communicator Organized AND proactive Coachable and excited to improve performance This is a role for someone who wants to grow, be coached, and make a measurable impact.
What You'll Do:
Lead the front desk experience: phones, scheduling, payments Confidently guide patients through care recommendations and plans Support patient retention and consistency in care Perform INSiGHT scans (we train you) Use systems like ChiroHD to stay organized and efficient Keep the energy of the office high, welcoming, and structured
What Success Looks Like:
Patients start and continue care with clarity and confidence Schedules stay full and organized You actively implement feedback and improve week to week You take ownership of your role and outcomes
What We're Looking For:
Strong communicator who is comfortable asking for commitment Highly organized self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do Coachable—you can receive feedback and apply it quickly Positive, grounded energy with families and children Passion for natural health is a plus Team player No chiropractic experience required—we will train the right person.
