Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM
  • 5:30 PM No weekends, holidays, or on-call InSync consulting is looking for a Patient Services Representative to support the front office of a busy primary care clinic.
This role is responsible for patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, check-in/check-out, copay collection, answering multi-line phones, and maintaining accurate patient records in the EMR. You'll play a key role in creating a positive patient experience while keeping daily clinic operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Register patients and update demographic and insurance information Schedule, confirm, and modify patient appointments Manage check-in/check-out and collect patient payments Answer and route calls on a multi-line phone system Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR Complete administrative tasks including scanning, filing, and data entry Resolve routine patient and scheduling issues and support clinic workflow
Qualifications:
1+ year of medical office or healthcare experience Experience with patient scheduling, registration, and EMR systems Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

$20.00
