Position Overview The Medical Office Assistant plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering an excellent patient experience. The ideal candidate is adaptable, confident, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a positive, professional demeanor in a busy setting. Key Responsibilities Answer multi-line telephone calls and accurately relay messages Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently Greet patients and families in a warm, professional manner Verify insurance coverage and accurately enter patient information Perform general medical reception duties and support the clinical team as needed Qualifications Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (required) Medical office experience preferred Strong computer proficiency Experience managing multi-line phone systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain organized and professional in a fast-paced environment Schedule Four 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday Location Requirement Must reside in or be able to reliably commute to Yakima, WA If you are ready to contribute to a supportive, team-oriented practice dedicated to exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply today.
