Job Description:

We're seeking a friendly, dependable receptionist to join our clinic team. Medical office experience preferred. Must be flexible to cover for staff vacations/illness.

Hours:

Mon-Thu 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-12pm

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and manage check-in Schedule appointments/tests by phone and online portal Handle payments, receipts, and billing questions Route calls and messages to clinical staff Manage faxes, mail, and medical records (requesting, importing into EMR) Maintain patient charts and confidential files Keep front desk and waiting area organized

Requirements:

High school diploma required; associate degree or medical receptionist experience a plus Interest in Functional Medicine/holistic healthcare Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office proficiency Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Comfortable maintaining HIPAA confidentiality standards Complete a brief personality assessment at 16personalities.com (include results with application) If you're passionate about patient care and natural health, we'd love to hear from you!

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
