Patient Care & Treatment Coordinator (Bilingual Preferred)
Location:
Franklin, WI Position:
Full-Time (30-40 Hours/Week)
Pay:
$22-$27 per hour (based on experience) About Us The Opal Dental Co. is a growing dental practice focused on providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming environment. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented team member to serve as both the first point of contact for our patients and a key part of our treatment coordination process. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients and provide an outstanding patient experience Answer phones, texts, emails, and schedule appointments Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients Prepare and present treatment plans and financial estimates Submit and follow up on insurance claims and pre-authorizations Collect payments and manage patient account balances Coordinate recalls, follow-ups, and treatment scheduling Maintain accurate patient records and HIPAA compliance Qualifications Previous dental office experience required (1-3+ years) Experience with dental insurance and treatment planning preferred Familiarity with Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar software Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Benefits Competitive pay: $22-$27/hour Dental benefits Flexible scheduling No evenings or weekends Supportive team environment Growth opportunities as our practice expands If you enjoy helping patients, staying organized, and making a positive impact every day, we'd love to meet you.
