Dental Health Associates of Madison (DHA), a trusted, doctor-owned practice with over 50 years of service to the Madison community, is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our front desk team. Position Overview As a Patient Coordinator at Dental Health Associates (DHA), you'll be the first point of contact for patients, providing them with a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience. You'll play a key role in managing front desk operations, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring that every patient has a positive and seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll support our dental team and help maintain the smooth operation of our busy clinics. Responsibilities Welcome patients warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit. Handle front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow efficiently. Verify insurance coverage, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete. Process patient payments, explain financial policies clearly, and professionally address billing inquiries. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to compliance standards. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and outstanding patient care. Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, organizing office supplies, and supporting daily operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. A genuine passion for delivering top-notch patient care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable team player with a strong work ethic. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
