Job Description

Structural Elements® is a regional leader in holistic wellness. We seek a Patient Care Coordinator to work in our Shorewood clinic. Overall responsibilities will be to facilitate a positive patient experience, including customer interaction, administrative support, clinic duties, and point-of-sale transactions. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Welcomes and orients patients to the clinic.
  • Responsible for conducting room changes between patients, including changing table linens, surface wipe-downs, and proper needle and package disposal.
  • Responsible for maintaining and cleaning the fitness studio, sauna, and equipment between patient usage while working in the clinic.
  • Assists at the Front Desk of the clinic as needed to check in patients to their appointments, schedule, and accept payments.
  • Assist with keeping retail products stocked and maintained in good order. Responsible for opening and closing duties of the clinic, including light housekeeping to keep the clinic looking its best.
  • Maintain HIPPA compliance and a safe, clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
  • Understands and promotes the benefits of all (se)® services.
  • As requested, support therapists at Structural Elements® sponsored events (typically weekend/evening events or race support).
Presents a professional appearance and attire in the clinic and at any off-site (se)® sponsored event.
Qualifications:

Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common documents, and safety and cleaning protocols. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a basic comfort level with computers and online applications.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma with an interest in pursuing a career in health or wellness.
Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:
Customer service skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment. Effective problem identification, investigation, and resolution skills High level of commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all patient, personnel, and business matters
