Job Description
Who We Are At Advantage Chiropractic, we believe the body was designed to heal—without drugs or surgery. Every day, we help people regain their health naturally through neurologically based chiropractic care, empowering them to live healthier, more active lives. We are more than a chiropractic office—we're a family. That extends to both our team and our patients. Our culture is built around what we call our "mullet mentality." Professional, focused, and detail-oriented when patients are in the office. Fun, supportive, and team-oriented behind the scenes. We genuinely enjoy working together, celebrate wins, continuously grow, and hold ourselves to a high standard because our patients deserve nothing less. If you're looking for "just a job," this probably isn't the place for you. If you're looking for meaningful work with a team that feels like family, we'd love to meet you. About the Role This position is the heartbeat of our front office. You'll be the first smile patients see when they walk through the door and one of the biggest reasons they continue their care with us. While this is a front desk position, it's much more than answering phones. You'll help create an incredible patient experience while ensuring schedules stay organized, care plans stay on track, payments are collected consistently, and no important details fall through the cracks. Your work directly impacts our patients' success and the efficiency of our entire office. Who This Role Is For You'll thrive here if you: Believe in natural, holistic healthcare Love helping people and building genuine relationships Are highly organized and naturally detail-oriented Enjoy creating structure and keeping things running smoothly Love checklists and the satisfaction of crossing things off Notice the little things that others often miss Are dependable and take ownership of your responsibilities Communicate confidently, professionally, and with kindness Feel comfortable collecting payments and following office procedures consistently Can balance multiple responsibilities while staying calm under pressure Want to build a long-term career with a growing practice You May Be the Perfect Fit if People Often Describe You As... Organized Dependable Detail-oriented Compassionate Calm under pressure Positive A great communicator Someone who follows through Someone who notices what others miss Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people This Position May Not Be a Good Fit If You... Frequently arrive late or struggle with punctuality Dislike organization or detailed processes Get overwhelmed juggling multiple tasks Prefer working independently with minimal interaction Avoid accountability when mistakes happen Are looking for a temporary position Prefer a job with little structure or responsibility What You'll Do Your responsibilities include: Welcome every patient with warmth and professionalism Build meaningful relationships with patients through intentional conversations Manage patient scheduling with exceptional accuracy Ensure patients stay compliant with their care plans Help improve patient retention through excellent communication and follow-up Collect scheduled payments confidently, professionally, and consistently Answer phones and coordinate communication throughout the office Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Assist with patient education (we'll train you) Support doctors and teammates throughout the day Keep the front office organized, efficient, and running smoothly What You'll Own This role plays an important part in the success of our practice. You'll help own: Patient scheduling accuracy Patient care plan compliance Payment collection Patient retention Daily communication Front office organization Creating an exceptional patient experience We believe the small details matter. Missing a payment, overlooking a scheduling detail, or allowing a patient to fall off their care plan can impact both their health journey and the success of our office. What Success Looks Like You'll know you're succeeding when: Patients feel known, valued, and excited to come into the office The schedule runs smoothly with very few mistakes Care plans are followed accurately and consistently Payments are collected on time without needing reminders Patients stay engaged and committed to their care Doctors and teammates trust you completely because they know the details are handled You continually look for ways to improve both yourself and our office Our Standards We believe excellence comes from consistency.
