Job Description

The Claims Resolution Specialist submits claims to primary, secondary, and tertiary payers. Performs follow-up on all insurance open account balances. Researches credit balances for Medicare, Medicare HMO, Medicaid, and Medicaid HMO and handles appropriately. Handles all rejections/denials. Handles Hospital, Clinic, Rehab and Skilled Nursing Facility accounts. Epic experience preferred.
Related Years of Experience Required:
Two years' experience in healthcare billing, or related experience.
Shift:
Working 40 hours a week, Monday- Friday.
