The Staff RN- Ambulatory Services works collaboratively as an active member of the interprofessional team to provide therapeutic patient and family centered care. The Staff RN
- Ambulatory Services systematically and continuously collects and assesses data related to patient health status to develop, execute and evaluate the plan of care. The Staff RN
- Ambulatory Services utilizes evidence to drive clinical decisions and practice related to individual and population health. The Staff RN
- Ambulatory Services establishes goals and strategies for meeting care coordination needs across settings with the patient, family, and/or other care providers. The Staff RN
- Ambulatory Services considers factors related to safety, effectiveness and fiscal accountability in planning and delivering care. The Staff RN
- Ambulatory Services delegates and supervises care in accordance with the WI Nurse Practice. The Staff RN
- Ambulatory Services participates in continuous quality improvement initiatives and assumes responsibility for their professional development.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION
Clinical experience and/or interest in the care and management of patient populations specific to the area of employment is required. At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience is preferred.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION
Nursing licensure is required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.LICENSURE DESCRIPTION
Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact). American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
