Job Description
Dear warm, grounded, and caring professional, We are a busy, heart-centered medspa rooted in a functional medicine approach to beauty, wellness, and whole-person care. We value calm confidence, genuine connection, and thoughtful support that honors each client's unique journey. Our team enjoys working together, continuing to grow in our craft, and creating an inviting experience for every guest who walks through our doors. This role includes three 10-hour shifts and one 4-hour shift each Saturday, with a willingness to support the team when needed. If you are drawn to meaningful work, take pride in creating a peaceful and polished client experience, and feel inspired by the connection between inner wellness and outer radiance, we would love to get to know you. Patient Care Coordinator duties include opening and closing the medspa, answering incoming calls with warmth and professionalism, converting inquiry calls into appointments, scheduling thoughtfully and effectively, managing computer software, supporting customer service needs, and assisting with marketing and administrative tasks throughout the spa.
