We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality respiratory car within our skilled nursing and long-term care community. Respiratory Therapist Essential Duties Provide respiratory treatments and therapies as ordered by the physician Assess and monitor resident respiratory status during routine treatments and rounds Identify changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to nursing and providers Assist with management of oxygen therapy and oxygen equipment Monitor residents utilizing respiratory devices and therapies Perform routing respiratory assessment including breath sounds, respiratory effort, oxygen saturation, and treatment effectiveness Recognize early sign of respiratory decline and initiate appropriate communication and intervention Respiratory Qualifications Required Current Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) license in good standing Current BLS certification Preferred Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or post-acute care ACLS certification
