Travel assignment with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
Key Qualifications:
Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Arizona BLS and ACLS certifications required Demonstrated proficiency in providing respiratory therapy in acute care environments Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with adaptability to new teams and workflows
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to patients across adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations Administer ventilator management, oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and airway clearance techniques Perform patient assessments and collaborate with physicians and nurses on care plans Monitor outcomes, document progress, and adjust therapies as indicated Participate in ongoing quality improvement and safety initiatives
