A Respiratory Therapist assists patients who have trouble breathing because of a chronic respiratory illness, trauma, or other conditions. Administers tests to diagnose breathing problems, performs treatments to help patients breathe easier, or sets up breathing equipment such as ventilators. Works closely with physicians and other healthcare workers, and may also assist in providing emergency care to patients suffering from heart attacks, drowning, or shock. Works in hospitals; may also provide care and counseling to patients in their homes.

DOE + $4,000 Sign-On Bonus + Mileage Reimbursement Ready for a change from the hospital? If you enjoy educating patients, working independently, and seeing the difference your care makes, this full-time opportunity could be a great fit. You'll help patients safely manage their respiratory care at home while building lasting relationships with the people you serve. What You'll Do Conduct in-home patient assessments. Set up and manage ventilators, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory equipment. Educate patients and caregivers on equipment and prescribed therapies. Provide ongoing clinical support, documentation, and participate in a rotating ventilator on-call schedule. All You'll Need Active Arizona RRT license. 1+ years of respiratory therapy experience (3-5 years preferred). Ventilator and home respiratory equipment experience preferred. Strong communication and patient education skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Why You'll Love It Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM $32
