Works closely with physicians and other healthcare workers, and may also assist in providing emergency care to patients suffering from heart attacks, drowning, or shock. Works in hospitals; may also provide care and counseling to patients in their homes.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Lead one of Arizona's busiest perioperative service lines with responsibility for 114 FTEs Oversee approximately 9,000 annual surgical cases and 2,000 endoscopic procedures across 10 active operating rooms Provide operational and clinical leadership for the Main OR, Ambulatory Surgery Center, Pre-Op, PACU, Preadmission Testing, Anesthesia Services, and CSPD Lead multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, anesthesia providers, nurses, and sterile processing professionals Direct staffing, recruitment, scheduling, payroll, budgeting, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relationships Drive evidence-based practice, patient safety, quality improvement, and professional staff development Join a collaborative leadership team focused on delivering exceptional surgical care and outstanding patient outcomes
