Schedule/Hours:

Three 12-hour day shifts per week (3x12s) 36 hours per week guaranteed

Key Qualifications:

Active California Respiratory Therapist license Certification as either a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) Current NRP, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Negative TB test within the past 12 months Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities:

Assess, treat, and monitor patients requiring respiratory therapy interventions Administer and monitor mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, and aerosol treatments Perform patient education for families and caregivers regarding respiratory care plans Collaborate effectively with nurses, physicians, and other allied health professionals Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols
