High Desert Medical and Sleep Supplies is committed to providing top-quality respiratory and medical equipment services to patients in central California. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate PAP Setup Technician (Respiratory Therapist) to join our team and assist patients with their Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) therapy setups.

Job Responsibilities:

Set up, educate, and train patients on the use of PAP devices, including CPAP and BiPAP. Ensure proper mask fitting and troubleshoot equipment issues. Provide detailed instructions on therapy adherence and best practices. Document patient interactions and maintain compliance with industry regulations. Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers. Maintain and sanitize equipment according to company protocols. Travel locally as needed for in-home or facility-based setups.

Qualifications:

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) with a valid California license. Experience with PAP therapy, sleep apnea treatment, or respiratory care preferred. Strong communication and patient education skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
