Join our team of passionate, highly motivated professionals delivering life-sustaining ventilator and respiratory care directly to patients in the comfort of their own homes. This isn't a job where you're just another face in a hospital hallway. Here, you become a trusted partner in your patients' care journey — helping them breathe easier, live fuller lives, and stay where they want to be: home, with their families. What You'll Bring We're looking for a Respiratory Therapist who combines strong clinical skill with genuine compassion. You should be comfortable working with patients across the full spectrum of ages — pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric — and confident in your knowledge of respiratory equipment, supplies, and the nuances of treatment modalities for each population you serve. What You'll Do Guide the transition home — Collaborate with hospital care teams to facilitate discharge planning and ensure a smooth, well-supported transition for patients moving from hospital to home. Support patients and families at home — Set up, monitor, and follow up on CPAP/BiPAP, mechanical ventilators, and other respiratory equipment, including airway management and tracheal suctioning, so families feel confident and supported. Teach and empower — Design and deliver training plans tailored to each patient's and caregiver's learning needs, and evaluate how well that learning translates into confident, safe care at home. Be the go-to expert — Serve as a trusted resource for technical and medical questions on respiratory equipment and care, supporting both patients and colleagues. Why You'll Love Working Here Be part of a close-knit, supportive team that genuinely cares about patients and each other Make a tangible, daily impact on patients' quality of life Build meaningful relationships with the patients and families you serve Grow your clinical expertise across diverse patient populations and care settings If you're ready to bring your respiratory expertise to a role where it truly matters, we'd love to hear from you.
