Job Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Respiratory Therapist, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional respiratory care to patients across diverse clinical settings. Your expertise will help improve patient outcomes by providing advanced respiratory therapies, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Assess patients' respiratory conditions through detailed evaluations and diagnostic tests. Administer a wide range of respiratory therapies, including oxygen therapy, ventilator management, aerosol treatments, and airway clearance techniques. Monitor patient responses to treatments, adjusting protocols as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. Educate patients and their families on respiratory health, medication use, and breathing exercises to promote recovery and wellness. Maintain accurate documentation of all treatments, assessments, and patient progress in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Respond promptly to respiratory emergencies with confidence and professionalism. Experience Proven experience as a Respiratory Therapist in hospital or clinical settings. Knowledge of current respiratory therapy techniques, equipment, and best practices. Certification as a Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) from an accredited organization is required. Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred. Pay:
$36.00 - $39.00 per hour
