Per Diem | Redwood City, CA InSync Consulting is seeking experienced Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) for a per diem opportunity in Redwood City, CA.

This is a great opportunity for qualified RRTs looking for flexible scheduling while supporting high-quality respiratory care in an acute care setting.

Job Duties:

Provide respiratory therapy services to patients across various acuity levels Perform respiratory assessments, treatments, and diagnostic procedures Manage ventilator support and respiratory care plans as needed Administer respiratory medications and therapies per physician orders Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate documentation of respiratory care provided

Requirements:

Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Current California Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license Active BLS through American Heart Association Acute care hospital experience preferred Ability to work overnight 12-hour shifts Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
