$60,153.60 - $83,990.40 per year Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RRT|CRT) to join our healthcare team in Alamosa, Colorado. The Respiratory Therapist will provide quality respiratory care to patients across various age groups and clinical settings while working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities Assess, monitor, and provide respiratory care to patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions. Administer respiratory treatments, medications, oxygen therapy, and other prescribed therapies. Operate and monitor respiratory care equipment, including ventilators and oxygen delivery systems. Perform diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures as ordered. Monitor patients' respiratory status and report changes to the appropriate healthcare team. Educate patients and families regarding respiratory treatments, equipment, and disease management. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and infection-control procedures. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to support quality patient care. Requirements RRT or CRT credential required Current AHA BLS certification required Relevant respiratory therapy education and clinical experience. Strong communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work varying shifts as required.

Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary:
