Compensation based on completed patient services and setups (PPS model) Benefits include: Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Competitive pay packages Medical benefits (W-2) Mileage reimbursement for approved travel Licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements where applicable Paid sick time and ongoing support from VHS team What You'll Do Provide respiratory therapy and patient education for ventilators, PAP therapy, oxygen, and other respiratory equipment. Conduct patient assessments, including medical history, lung function, and blood oxygen levels. Set up and troubleshoot invasive and noninvasive ventilators and respiratory devices. Monitor equipment performance and adjust settings as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on proper equipment use, safety, and compliance. Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of all services performed. Follow physician orders and Rotech procedures during patient visits. Work independently within the Paid Per Service structure but collaborate as part of the clinical team.

What You Need Required:

Active Colorado RRT or RN license Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong assessment and patient education skills Ability to work independently and manage scheduled patient services Ability to troubleshoot respiratory equipment

Preferred:

Respiratory therapy background or experience with ventilators, PAP therapy, oxygen therapy At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience Experience in home healthcare or durable medical equipment (DME/HME) Knowledge of respiratory diagnostics and protocols About the Assignment This position offers a unique opportunity to support respiratory patients in Pueblo, Colorado, in a highly focused, flexible role.
