Schedule/Hours:
Full-time; days, evenings, or nights—flexible scheduling to match your preferences
Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and perform all respiratory care procedures and treatments Administer medications and manage ventilator support as needed Monitor patient responses and adapt care plans accordingly Educate patients and families on treatment plans and respiratory health Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain detailed documentation and uphold quality and safety standards
Qualifications:
Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification Valid state license or eligibility for licensure in Florida Prior clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting (preferred) Excellent critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to new work environments and protocols
