Required Qualifications & Experience:
Current credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist Minimum of 2-3 years current experience, functioning independently at the bedside Proficiency managing ventilated patients, including acute and critical care situations Recent work experience, with solid knowledge of the Servo U ventilator, especially in NICU settings Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and select appropriate ventilatory modes for complex cases Additional experience with Drager, Bunnell Jet Vent, Sensormedic 3100A oscillator, and Nitric Oxide considered a strong plus
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive respiratory care, including advanced ventilator management for neonatal and pediatric patients Assess, monitor, and document patient responses and progress Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes Serve as a resource for best practices with diverse ventilators and modalities Maintain compliance with current protocols and safety standards
