                          Meditech Job Requirements
                          • Experience in ICU, ER, critical adult care, and Level 2 NICU/peds within scope required
                          • Ability to work rotating weekend coverage
                          • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
                          • Comfort working with ventilators, BiPAP, and aerosol therapy
                          • Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care using AIDET
                          • Ability to adapt in a busy, collaborative acute care environment Responsibilities
                          • Provide comprehensive respiratory care across inpatient units, including ICU and emergency department settings
                          • Perform aerosol treatments, BiPAP management, and ventilator management
                          • Support airway management and advanced procedures within scope of practice
                          • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care team members during daily rounding
                          • Use new respiratory equipment and bedside technology to help deliver high-quality patient care
                          • Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system
                          • Deliver compassionate, efficient care that supports positive patient outcomes
