• Job Description:

• + Provides frontline leadership and direct supervision to all staff on shift.

+ Assumes management responsibilities in the absence of Respiratory leadership. + Supports management decisions in a positive, professional manner. + Supervises the delivery of cardiopulmonary care in accordance with applicable policy and procedure. + Monitors patient progress to ensure effective therapist assessment and reassessment.

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Computer skills such as Word. [Required]
• Patient care skills to care for neonatal, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations. [Required]
• PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio proficiency [Preferred]
• Must demonstrate exceptional clinical skills and strong leadership qualities [Preferred]

• Education:

• Associate'sin Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science [Required]
• Bachelor's [Preferred]

• Field of Study:

• N/A

• Work Experience:

• 3+ years experience in a hospital as a RRT [Required]
• 1+ years in critical care [Required]
