A Respiratory Therapist assists patients who have trouble breathing because of a chronic respiratory illness, trauma, or other conditions. Administers tests to diagnose breathing problems, performs treatments to help patients breathe easier, or sets up breathing equipment such as ventilators. Works closely with physicians and other healthcare workers, and may also assist in providing emergency care to patients suffering from heart attacks, drowning, or shock. Works in hospitals; may also provide care and counseling to patients in their homes.

Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment, specific shifts may vary based on facility needs.Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). Successful completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. Valid BLS and ACLS certification. Experience in acute and critical care respiratory settings preferred. Solid teamwork abilities and effective communication skills. Ability to quickly adapt to new settings and protocols.Key Responsibilities:
Administer and monitor therapeutic respiratory treatments for patients across various care levels. Assess, plan, and document respiratory interventions to support optimal patient outcomes. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot complex ventilators and respiratory equipment. Respond rapidly to clinical emergencies and participate in code situations. Collaborate daily with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and treatments.Benefits and Perks:
