This Respiratory Therapist opportunity allows you to contribute to a dynamic respiratory therapy team while enhancing your clinical expertise with advanced equipment and innovative patient care approaches. Schedule/Hours:
Night shifts (including some weekends)
Qualifications:
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRTT) certification Active ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications Proficiency with Vents, CPAPs, HiFlo, ABGs, and related advanced respiratory procedures Experience using Meditech documentation system preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
Responsibilities:
Operate and manage advanced respiratory equipment (Drager vents, Philips V60 CPAPs, Arivo2 HiFlo) Administer and interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs) Deliver high-quality respiratory care in both routine and emergent situations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to execute patient-specific respiratory treatment plans Maintain accurate records and ensure care complies with unit policies
