Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide specialized pediatric respiratory care on weekend-option shifts. In this role, you will assess, treat, and monitor infants and children with acute and chronic respiratory conditions in collaboration with physicians and the care team. Responsibilities include performing ventilator management, administering medications and therapies, conducting respiratory diagnostics, and documenting care accurately. You will educate patients and families, support emergency response situations, and uphold evidence-based, patient-centered standards in a collaborative, inclusive environment that promotes professional growth.
