Schedule/Hours:
Variable schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Includes every other weekend 14-week assignment
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist Current and valid credentials: AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification (NBRC) required Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively within a team-based environment Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy interventions to patients Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop care plans Monitor and assess patient responses, adjusting therapy as needed Educate patients and families on treatment processes and respiratory care Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and maintain accurate records
