Category Respiratory Therapist Job Type Contract Deliver high-quality patient care as a skilled Respiratory Therapist in a dynamic clinical setting. Qualifications:
Current credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Valid state respiratory therapy license Graduation from an accredited respiratory therapy program Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team Excellent communication and patient interaction skills Experience in acute care or hospital environments preferred
Responsibilities:
Assess, monitor, and treat patients with respiratory illnesses or disorders Administer therapeutic procedures such as oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, ventilator support, and pulmonary function testing Educate patients and families on respiratory care procedures and self-management Maintain accurate records of therapy delivery and patient progress Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing critical respiratory interventions Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop individualized care plans Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of respiratory equipment This is a contract-based opportunity that ensures hands-on experience and professional growth in a supportive healthcare setting.
