A Respiratory Therapist assists patients who have trouble breathing because of a chronic respiratory illness, trauma, or other conditions. Administers tests to diagnose breathing problems, performs treatments to help patients breathe easier, or sets up breathing equipment such as ventilators. Works closely with physicians and other healthcare workers, and may also assist in providing emergency care to patients suffering from heart attacks, drowning, or shock. Works in hospitals; may also provide care and counseling to patients in their homes.

Job Summary Respiratory Therapist Registered (RRT) position available in one of the organizations healthcare facilities. The role involves delivering high-quality respiratory care to patients, including performing quality control tasks such as weekly blowing tests on pulmonary function testing (PFT) machines. Job Details Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements:
RRT certification, minimum of 1 year of related experience, and ability to perform quality control on PFT machines.
Schedule:
Days shift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Position Responsibilities:
Providing comprehensive respiratory therapy, performing quality control on pulmonary function testing equipment, and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
Additional Information:
Prior PFT experience is required, with specific tasks involving weekly quality control checks.
