Qualifications:

Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Minimum of 2 years recent experience as an RRT in an acute care setting Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Proficient in ventilator management, arterial blood gas analysis, and airway care Current BLS and ACLS certifications preferred Excellent adaptability and interpersonal communication abilities
