ASAP Role Summary The Respiratory Therapist will provide on‑site respiratory assessments and monitoring for post‑hospitalization patients residing in a Skilled Nursing Facility. This role focuses on strong clinical assessment, early intervention, and supporting readmission‑prevention efforts. Candidates must demonstrate independent clinical judgment and the ability to collaborate effectively with facility staff.
