Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

Credentialed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) Active BLS certification GE experience is preferred Generalist experience valued Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Core Responsibilities:

Administer respiratory therapies and treatments to patients of varying acuity Assess, monitor, and document patient response to therapy Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff to provide the highest standard of care Operate and maintain respiratory equipment accurately and safely Provide patient and family education regarding respiratory care and wellness
