Job Description

Category Respiratory Therapist Job Type Contract Exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality care in a dynamic setting near Indianapolis. This full-time, nights-based contract role is ideal for those passionate about patient-centered therapy and eager to gain valuable experience. The position is available for a minimum of 8 weeks and requires immediate availability for candidates ready to start soon.

Qualifications:
Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential Generalist skills preferred Experience with General Electric (GE) equipment is highly desirable Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities Effective communication skills and commitment to team collaboration
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to patients across a diverse caseload Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot respiratory and GE ventilator equipment Perform respiratory assessments, respiratory therapy procedures, and patient education Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans Accurately document all procedures and patient responses Maintain a safe, compliant, and organized work environment
