Perform routine and advanced respiratory care, including bedside medication verification and critical care procedures. Work independently in critical care areas after clinical check-offs. Assess patient needs and develop appropriate therapy plans following active protocols. Mentor students and new staff, fostering a collaborative environment. Adapt to various hospital units and therapies as qualified. Contribute to patient safety and positive care outcomes.What You Need:
