• Wellness and employee assistance programs What You'll Do Independently perform prescribed respiratory care therapies, including invasive procedures, in patient care units and critical care settings Interpret physician orders and assess patient needs to deliver safe, effective treatments Monitor and evaluate patient responses to therapy, adjusting care plans accordingly Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes Respond promptly to changes in workload and patient condition to maintain high-quality care Serve as a clinical consultant, providing suggestions to team members on respiratory treatments and procedures Maintain accurate documentation of therapies and patient progress What You Need Current, valid license/certification as a CRT or RRT Prior experience in a hospital or critical care setting preferred Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team About the Assignment Join a leading healthcare provider in Salina, Kansas, and become part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional respiratory care.
