Starting at $28.00+/hour (Based on education and experience) +

About the Opportunity We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to join its respiratory care team. This position provides comprehensive respiratory care to patients of all ages, including critical care and emergency patients. New graduates are encouraged to apply. -> Responsibilities Assess patients and provide respiratory therapy based on physician orders. Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and other respiratory interventions. Monitor and evaluate patient response to respiratory treatments. Perform respiratory care procedures in acute care and critical care settings. Assist with airway management and invasive respiratory procedures. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team. Accurately document treatments, assessments, and patient progress. Maintain compliance with hospital policies and respiratory care standards. Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and prioritize patient care needs. -> Qualifications Associate Degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited program. Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through the NBRC . Current Kansas Respiratory Therapist License or eligibility to obtain one. One year of respiratory care experience preferred.
