Key Responsibilities:

Provide essential respiratory care for patients of varying acuity, including those in critical and neonatal intensive care. Assess, plan, and implement respiratory therapy treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot advanced respiratory equipment and technology. Respond promptly to emergency situations to provide airway management and life support. Accurately document patient assessments, therapy sessions, and progress.

Qualifications:

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required. Active Kentucky Respiratory License. BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications. Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in a hospital setting (outside of clinical rotations). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
