Schedule/Hours:
Three 12-hour night shifts per weekKey Qualifications:
Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required Experience utilizing Hamilton ventilators strongly preferred Familiarity with EPIC charting systems is a plus Valid respiratory care license for the state of Massachusetts Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols Minimum of one year recent acute care experience preferredRole Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate respiratory care to patients across the lifespan Operate and troubleshoot Hamilton ventilators and related respiratory equipment Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using EPIC Work closely with medical teams to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care Respond to emergencies and actively participate in rapid response situations Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments as needed Ensure compliance with current standards of clinical practice and facility policiesBenefits & Travel Perks:
