Schedule:
Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly on all assignments (excluding on-call hours)Desired Qualifications:
Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Valid state respiratory therapy licensure or eligibility BLS and ACLS certifications (preferred) Experience in acute care or hospital settings Strong communication and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt smoothly to new environments and protocolsPrimary Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive respiratory care and therapies to patients across various acuity levels Perform assessments and implement physician-directed respiratory protocols Monitor and document patient progress and therapy effectiveness Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow clinicians to optimize patient outcomes Ensure compliance with safety regulations and facility guidelines Educate patients and families on respiratory care plans and equipment useBenefits and Perks:
