Assess patients and monitor respiratory status. Administer respiratory treatments and therapies as ordered. Operate and monitor respiratory equipment safely and effectively. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner. Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition. Follow hospital policies, safety procedures, and infection-control standards. Maintain a professional and compassionate approach when caring for patients and families.
