Up to $2,483 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team in Framingham, MA for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality respiratory care to patients experiencing acute and chronic cardiopulmonary conditions, collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing disorders Administer respiratory therapies, ventilator management, and oxygen support Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Respond to emergency situations, including code blue events Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Educate patients and families on respiratory care and equipment use Required Qualifications Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from NBRC Active Massachusetts Respiratory Care License (or ability to obtain prior to start) BLS (Basic Life Support) - required ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - required Minimum 1-2 years of recent acute care respiratory therapy experience preferred Schedule & Compensation Night shift: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week 36 hours/week guaranteed Weekly pay up to $2,483 (based on experience and contract terms) Why Join Us?
