Job Description

Job Summary New competitive pay rates! We are expanding our team and looking for a Full-Time Respiratory Therapist to work with the pediatric population, covering the Hopkinton area at two pediatric centers and nursing homes. Must have a Massachusetts respiratory care license to join our team. Flexible schedule (8, 10, or 12-hour shifts), No Weekends or Holidays. Responsibilities:
Patient assessment. Administration of therapies. Provide education to patients and families. Set up equipment and/or supplies as necessary.
Set up equipment:
CPAP, Bi-Level, air compressor, and oxygen equipment. Complete patient files and paperwork as per current policy and procedures, and any appropriate paperwork, as assigned. Serve as liaison between patient and other members of the Health Care team, when required. Instruct patient and caregivers on the proper use of respiratory equipment and necessary cleaning requirements. Complete progress reports and necessary billing information and submits in a timely manner. Assist other staff and perform other duties, as assigned by management. Job Requirements RRT, RCP, CRTT or eligible and meeting the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) requirements. Valid state(s) Respiratory Care license. Able to lift heavy objects from a squatting to standing position. Must possess good people skills, be able to follow‑up. Must be detail oriented and well organized.
