Category Respiratory Therapist Job Type Contract Deliver crucial respiratory care to patients as an integral member of a dynamic healthcare team for a 13-week contract assignment. This opening is ideal for professionals with expertise as a Respiratory Therapist, Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT). Multiple positions are available, offering both day and night shifts and the opportunity to make a significant impact across two respected hospital units.

Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) required Previous experience in acute care or hospital settings strongly preferred BLS certification (American Heart Association) Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams Flexibility to float between hospital sites based on census and departmental needs
Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and deliver respiratory care, including oxygen therapy, airway management, and ventilator support Administer and monitor respiratory treatments as ordered by physicians Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic medical records Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to ensure continuity and quality of care Educate patients and families regarding respiratory care procedures and disease management Maintain equipment and track supply levels to ensure department preparedness If you're a skilled respiratory therapist ready to deliver high-quality patient care in a supportive, fast-paced hospital environment, this role is an excellent fit.
